Your Right To Cancel:

Faulty Goods:
If you receive a faulty item or damaged packaging and the carrier requires a signature you should sign for it as ‘received with damaged packaging’. Any transit damaged/faulty goods must initially be sent back at your expense and if returned within the 7 Day period we will Refund the Return postage cost and replace the item.
