The dials, face and Imitation 'Astrological Phase of the Moon' are lacquered brass finish, as are the pendulum and imitation weights. The Chimes Gong the hour and Gong once on the half hour, with the option to permanently silence them.

Delivery Information:

Delivery Charge if applicable covers:- Mainland UK only. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to Ireland and or Scottish Highland and Islands at present.

Collection is not possible due to Insurance implications regarding our premises being a warehouse. All our sales are internet based thus keeping prices down.

The clock comes in 1 large box and weighs 15 kilo, so the delivery driver may on rare occasions need some assistance.

On receipt of cleared payment we will check and prepare your clock for dispatch. This is usually within 2 to 3 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a Dispatch Notification e-mail, then all you have to do is wait for it to arrive. If you miss the delivery for what ever reason the Carrier will leave a card with details of how to arrange a re-deliver or collection. They will only attempt one re-delivery, After this you will be charged again for postage!

Our carrier's will endeavour to deliver to mainland UK within the times scheduled (excluding weekends & public holidays). However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Antique Reproductions shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

When you receive your package please inspect the box for ANY damage (However Small). If damage is detected please sign for it as 'Received with Damaged Packaging'. This will ensure you can make a claim if the contents are also damaged. Failure to do this will result in the loss of any claims for damages! We cannot accept claims for damaged goods if the courier has obtained a clean signature or if more than 24 hours after delivery. All items delivered require a signature, if a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.

Guarantee, Returns, Cancellations:

Movement comes with a 1 year guarantee, which includes parts and labour. (This means if in the unlikely event the clock develops a problem we will repair or replace the mechanism providing the fault can not be rectified over the phone and providing the fault is not caused by misuse). This warranty covers manufactured defects but does not include wear and tear, misuse and/or abuse. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification.Locks/Hinges come with a 1 year guarantee. In the case of a defect we will supply you with replacement parts. In order to process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice which will act as your proof of purchase. You the customer are responsible for the cost of any P & P for returns and re-deliveries.

You must keep the packaging for 1 week after assembly, in the event that you need to return it. Failure to comply will result in additional charges passed on to you.

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days of receipt. However, the item/s must be returned in an unused condition and re-packed in the manner in which it was supplied. The cost of repairing any damage due to incorrect re-packaging will be deducted from the refund. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24hrs of receipt. We will then arrange to collect and replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in our terms of delivery.

All items must be returned securely fastened in their original packaging. Our couriers will not collect unpackaged items.
