1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer and PSS Ltd, Unit 17B, Cinnamon Brow Business Park, Makerfield Way, Ince, Wigan, WN2 2PR, United Kingdom. Managing Director: John Anderton, Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 04286962 (hereinafter referred to as “e-zbuy.co.uk”). 2. Offer & Acceptance When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an order confirmation via e-mail to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. 3. Right to Cancel for Consumers You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled. You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned at your expense and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail. 4. Prices and delivery costs 4.1. All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. 5. Delivery 5.1. We deliver to the following countries: UK only 5.2. Delivery time approximately 3 days from date of dispatch within the UK. 6. Payment Methods 6.1. You can pay in advance, by credit or debit card by clicking the appropriate button or: PayPal. 6.2. Your card will be charged within an hour of placing your order. 7. Retention of Title The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the e-zbuy.co.uk until the customer has paid for the goods in full. 8. Storage and Accessibility of the contract The contract’s content will be stored. You may store the general terms and conditions and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order’s data are not available via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
